James R. Kelley
President
Jim Kelley is President and co-founder of kW Solar Solutions. Jim graduated with honors from University of Maryland and has been involved with the conservation of natural resources for the past thirty years. Since starting kW Solar along with Dale Wolf in 2004, Jim has been involved in the design and installation of all their solar installations, both residential and commercial. Jim had served in a management capacity for years prior to starting his own Golf Course Management business in 2001. As a successful independent businessman, Jim brings great organizational and managerial skills to our company. His commitment to conservation of natural resources continues, as he works diligently to further the cause of Renewable Energy through the design and installation of systems that save the customer money and have a positive impact on the environment.

Dale Wolf
General Manager
Dale - along with Jim Kelley- is co-founder and co-owner of kW Solar Solutions LLC. He serves as the company's General Manager, and supervises the installation of both residential and commercial PV systems. He received training and is certified through Solar Energy International in Photovoltaic System Design and Installation. Dale has also completed the G.E. Energy Course in System Design and Installation. He is certified in the installation of Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems by Alternate Energy Technologies. Prior to working in the Renewable Energy field, Dale acquired over 25 years experience in all phases of construction and custom carpentry. He has been a supervisor in construction and managed a Delaware building company. The proud father of four, Dale is dedicated to making this world a better place for their future, and yours, through his commitment to the advancement of Renewable Energy.

Robert I Wevodau, Jr.
Technical Services
Bob is a graduate of Bucknell University (BA/BS Chem Engr) and Rutgers (MS Meteorology). He recently retired from DuPont's Engineering Function where he was a Principal Consultant specializing in Clean Air Act compliance issues. Since retirement Bob has continued his work in environmental consulting with part time employment with Aegis Environmental, Inc.
Bob's work with Aegis has involved air permitting assistance and automated compliance checking software solutions for compliance with state and federal air regulations. Bob joined KW Solar Solutions in 2006 as Technical Services Associate.

Mark Berry
Senior Solar Energy Consultant
Mark Berry is a 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware and a 1998 graduate of the University of Maryland. He has worked since 1995 in the area of environmental management. Mark is devoted to the advancement of renewable energy, and is engaged in the design and installation of PV systems. Mark does most of the kW Solar Solutions site assessments, and prepares many of the proposals and paperwork for grant applications. He is very knowledgeable regarding state programs and incentives, and is responsible for preparing the Economic and Environmental Workbooks that enable our customers to make informed decisions regarding the installation of renewable energy systems.

Brad Ballas
Renewable Energy Engineer
Brad graduated from the University of Delaware in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in BioResource Engineering. Brad’s interest in solar has been long founded beginning his career with Astro Power in the mid 1990’s. He worked in the development group responsible for many of the processes used today to produce Monocrystaline and Polycrystaline Silicon Waffers for Solar Panels. After four years with AstroPower he took a manufacturing technical support job at Siemens and has recently decided to come back to the solar industry working to help people get into Solar Systems.
Brad’s understanding of the products available in the market, and his technical and engineering background add a wealth of skills and knowledge to KW Solar Solutions to benefit KW customers. Brad is dedicated to helping everyone save money, take some freedom, and help the environment by getting into a Solar System now.

Richard Marcus

Richard joined KW Solar in March of 2009. He believes that with the rising energy costs, global warming and many state and federal incentives like the Delaware State Green Energy Grants, the Federal Income Tax Credits for homeowners, and the Investment Tax Credits with Bonus Depreciation Schedules for Commercial and Manufacturing installations, now is the perfect time to be a member of the Solar Energy Industry.“ KW Solar Solutions is the oldest locally owned, solar installation company in Delaware and a great place to work”, Richard says.
Richard brings 31 years of Real Estate Brokerage knowledge to the company. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. He has been the Owner, President, and Vice President of numerous Real Estate Companies. He also has spent over 15 years in the Mortgage Banking Business as Loan Originator, Branch Manager, Vice President and Regional Manager for large multi-state Banking organizations. Jackie Johnson came to kW Solar Solutions with over 20 years of retail management experience. Having co-owned a family business and worked with the public for years, Jackie uses her customer service skills to help assist new and existing customers.
As the KW Solar Solutions Customer Service Manager, Jackie is responsible for helping each customer through scheduling their site assessment to handling all of their Interconnection and Grant paperwork. Jackie has been with KW Solar Solutions for over 4 years and has helped many customers realize their renewable energy goals. .

Ann's business experience is vast and varied. She has owned and operated several small businesses as well as heading departments in large corporate venues.
Ann has been with kW Solar Solutions since its inception in 2004. She handles the business finances and is involved in most of the day to day operations.

Tim Menton
Solar Energy Consultant
Tim received his degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2003. After working in the newspaper business for six years as a graphic designer, he decided to make a career change. Having always felt an obligation to do his part in preserving the environment and having a passion for renewable energy, Tim looked to the solar industry as the natural transition. After considerable research, he chose to get his training from Arapahoe Community College located in Littleton, Colorado. There, he received his solar photovoltaic certification. He was brought on to help KW Solar with their marketing strategies and sales. As a certified and knowledgeable solar consultant, he is eager to answer questions regarding solar energy and how it can be utilized to save you money on ever-rising utility costs.
